39여자 환자로, Rt breast cancer 진단하에 2013년 3월부터 항암 치료 받은 환자로,

dyspnea on exertion 악화되어 호흡기내과 방문함.

 

CRP 0.68 mg/l, Procalcitonin<0.05 mg/dl

CBC: 6000-12.1-246k(neutrophil:71.8%, eosinophil 1.0%)

PFT: FVC/FEV1/Ratio: 2140(56%)/ 1810(60%)/ 84% (3초 이상 불지 못함)
