ENB combined with radial EBUS is a useful, minimally invasive tool with diagnostic yields for small peripheral lung tumors approaching those achieved with the traditional transthoracic or surgical techniques  The procedure appears safe. Catheter aspiration performs very well for SPN diagnosis via this route and should be used in addition to biopsy to increase the diag-
nostic yield.

 

3cm 이하의 SPN 에 electromagnetic navigational bronchoscopy 와 EBUS 를 적용해서 진단율을 높인다는 내용인데 SPN 대상으로는 안 해보았는데  직접 보고 싶네요.
